On the total number of types of public services in the Register of public services:
In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the order of the Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 05, 2022 No. 310/od, the department provides 4 types of services:
Registration and re-registration of persons engaged in missionary activities;
Issuance of a decision on approval of the location of special permanent premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, items for religious purposes;
Issuing a decision on the construction of houses (buildings) of worship and determining their location;
Issuing a decision on re-profiling (changing the functional purpose) of houses (buildings) into houses (buildings) of worship.
10.1.there are no types of public services included in the Register of public services for the reporting period.
The Department of Religious Affairs of the MO received 3 applications for the provision of public services in the 4th quarter of 2022.
