Analytical report of the Mangystau region Tourism Department on the provision of public services for the third quarter of 2022
The Department of Tourism of the Mangystau region reports the following on the state service.
According to the Register of public Services (Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/05/2022 No. 310/OD), there is 1 (one) type of activity "issuance of a license for tourist operator activity (tour operator activity)", including 2 (two) subspecies-inbound and domestic tourism provided by the state services in the field of outbound tourism.
For the period from July to September 2022, the service "Issuance of a license for tourist operator activity (tour operator activity)" was provided to 1 individual, 2 legal entities and was satisfied with a positive decision:
- IP "Marintur" (07/14/2022) was terminated upon application for suspension of the license or the appendix to the license;
- LLC "Munai Tour" (02.09.2022) was terminated upon application for suspension of the license or the appendix to the license;
- Munai Tour LLP (30.09.2022) has been issued a license.
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2020 No. 156, the tour operator activity of 8 legal entities that did not receive an appendix indicating the types of tour operator license was terminated at a time:
- Sayakhat Travel LLP (17.08.2022), Resort of Georgia LLP (17.08.2022), Arlan IP (17.08.2022), "BEST SERVICE 2017" LLP (17.08.2022), "BALA-TOUR" LLP (17.08.2022), "Crown Travel" LLP (17.08.2022), "rauza Travel" LLP(17.08.2022), the license of "Tengri tour travel" LLP (17.08.2022) has been suspended.
According to the subspecies of issuing a tour operator license:
- a state service was provided to obtain a license for 2 legal entities and 1 individual in the field of inbound and domestic tourism;
- due to the fact that there have been no appeals in the field of outbound tourism, the state service has not been provided.
There is no public service provided in violation of the deadlines for the reporting period. There is no public service provided in violation of the terms of refusal to provide a public service. There were no complaints about the quality of public services. Accordingly, violations of the terms of consideration of complaints received on the quality of services provided were not revealed.
In the period from July to September of this year, explanatory work was carried out on the provision of public services to 7 individuals and 1 legal entities: Mashurov M., Serzhan S., Altaev N. – 3 (25.07.2022); Evloeva A. – KazAST, Kadirbekova D. – 2 (02.08.2022); G. Explanatory work was carried out: Abishev – 1 (05.08.2022); Turarov R. – 1 (10.08.2022); Munaytur LLP – 1 (26.09.2022).
Explanatory work on the provision of public services is carried out through the WhatsApp application on an ongoing basis. Mangistau Tour Operators - 21 individuals and legal entities, Mangistau Tourism - 55 individuals and legal entities, Mangistau Tourism Association - 40 individuals and legal entities. Through these chats, explanatory work was carried out on the officially published legislative and legal acts concerning the provision of the state service "Issuance of a license to carry out tourist operator activity (tour operator activity)".
