The procedure for appealingdecisionsactions(inaction)ontheprovision of publicservices
1 A complaint against thedecisionsactions(inaction) of the service providerontheprovision of publicservicesin the field of migration shall be filedtothehead of the service provideror to theauthorizedbodyforassessmentandcontrolover the qualityofpublicservicesinaccordancewith the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan2 The applicant's complaintreceivedbythe service providerinaccordancewithparagraph2 of Article25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan"OnPublicServices", is subject to considerationwithin5(five)workingdaysafter the date of itsregistration The day of registration of the complaint is notincludedin the period of itsconsideration3 The applicant's complaintreceivedbytheauthorizedbodyfor the assessmentandcontrol of thequalityofpublicservices is subject to considerationwithin15(fifteen)workingdaysafter the date of itsregistration4 A complaint against theaction(inaction) of employees of a StateCorporationin the provisionofservices to them is filedtoitsheador to theauthorizedbodyin the field of informatization5 A complaintagainstdecisionsactions(inaction) of the localexecutivebodyontheprovision of publicservices shall be submittedtothehead of the localexecutivebodyor to theauthorizedbodyforassessmentandcontrolover the qualityofpublicservicesinaccordancewith the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan6.Incase of extension of the period for consideration of the complaint, the officialauthorizedtoconsidercomplaintswithin3(three)workingdaysfrom the date of extension of the period for consideration of the complaintinforms the applicantinwriting(whenfiling a complaintonpaper)orelectronically(whenfiling a complaintelectronically)about the extension of the periodconsideration of the complaintwith an indication of the reasons for the extension30.Unlessotherwiseprovided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan an appealincourt is allowedafter an appealin an administrative(pre-trial)mannerinaccordancewithparagraph5 of Article91 of the AdministrativeProceduralCode of the Republic of Kazakhstan
