Article 107 of the social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Paragraph 1, Article 27 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
In accordance with subparagraph 17-2) of Paragraph 1, akimat of Mangystau region
DECIDES:
1. quota of jobs at enterprises, organizations and institutions of Mangystau region, regardless of organizational and legal form and form of ownership:
for employment of persons with disabilities, this resolution
According to Appendix 1;
for employment of persons registered with the Probation Service, in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution;
for employment of persons released from places of deprivation of Liberty, in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution;
for employment of citizens from among young people who have lost their parents before reaching the age of majority or have been left without parental care, who are graduates of educational organizations, be established in accordance with Annex 4 to this resolution.
2.within five calendar days from the date of signing this resolution, submit a copy in electronic form in the state and Russian languages for official publication in the branch of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Institute of legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in Mangistau region and the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.ensure that this resolution is posted on the internet resource of the Mangistau region akimat after its official publication.
4.control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the head of the Office of the Akim of Mangystau region.
5.this regulation shall enter into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
