On the establishment of a quota for employment
persons with disabilities in 2023
Article 18 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with subparagraph 7) and paragraph 2) of Article 107, by Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2023 No. 207 "On approval of the Rules for quotas of jobs for persons with disabilities", Akimat of Mangystau region DECIDES:
In accordance with the annex to this resolution, the quota of jobs for persons with disabilities should be set at two to four percent of the number of jobs, excluding heavy, harmful and dangerous work.
State Institution " Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of Mangystau region " in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, send its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Mangystau region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Mangystau region after its official publication.
Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the head of the office of the Akim of the Mangystau region, A. H. Halmuradov
. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
