As of June 1, 2023, 8,718 persons with disabilities are provided with technical means of rehabilitation and rehabilitation services through the Social Services Portal. This is 64.6% of all received appeals (13,510 appeals) (the plan for 2023 is 90%). Exactly:

2) by sign language means 252 (or 74.6%);
3) typhlotechnical means 1051 (or 85.5%);
4) 300 special vehicles (or 67.5%);
5) mandatory hygiene products 3321 (or 88.4%);
6) spa treatment services 1099 (or 27%);
7) the services of an individual assistant 1,684 (or 99%);
8) 174 (or 98.9%) persons with disabilities are provided with the services of a sign language specialist.
