As of May 1, 2023, 6,368 people with disabilities are provided with technical means of rehabilitation and rehabilitation services through the Social Services Portal. This is 53.5% of all received appeals (11,913 appeals) (the plan for 2023 is 90%). Exactly:

8) 174 (or 95.98%) persons with disabilities are provided with the services of a sign language specialist.
