The procedure for the provision of public services is set out in the rules for the provision of public services.
The state services of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Mangystau region are provided free of charge and for a fee.

In September 2025, employees of the Licensing and Certification Department of the State Architectural and Construction Supervision Department of the Mangystau Region conducted explanatory work for individuals and legal entities regarding construction licensing and the provision of public services for certifying experts performing expert work and engineering services in the fields of architecture, urban planning, and construction. The number of public services for which deadlines were missed due to the fault of the government agency was 0, with no complaints.
The number of individuals subjected to disciplinary action for violating public service delivery standards was 0.
The number of corresponding disciplinary sanctions was 0, with no warnings, reprimands, or severe reprimands.
The number of public services rendered in the third quarter of 2024 was 128, while the number of public services rendered in the third quarter of 2025 was 136. As a result, the number of public services increased by 8 (including construction and installation work, design work, survey work, and expert certification).
