The procedure for the provision of public services is set out in the rules for the provision of public services. The state services of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Mangystau region are provided free of charge and for a fee. In June 2025, employees of the Licensing and certification Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Mangystau region conducted explanatory work on the rules of public services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities to representatives of individuals and legal entities. The number of public services rendered in the second quarter of 2024 is 132, and the number of public services rendered in the second quarter of 2025 is 147. In this regard, the number of public services increased by 15 (including construction and installation work, design activities, survey activities and expert certification).
