In 2024, the head of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of Mangystau region, as well as employees of the licensing and certification department, carried out explanatory work on the procedure for providing state services in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction activities for individuals and legal entities and published it on the department's website. The total number of people covered was 27.
The number of public services whose deadlines were violated due to the fault of the state body was 0, there were no complaints.
The number of persons brought to disciplinary responsibility for violating the requirements of the standard for the provision of public services is 0.
The number of appropriate disciplinary penalties is 0, there were no warnings, reprimands or severe reprimands.
The number of public services rendered in 2023 is 442, the number of public services rendered in 2024 is 543. In this regard, the number of state services provided has increased by 101 units. (including construction and installation works, design activities, survey activities and expert certification).
