The service for the provision of public services of the Department of State architectural and construction control of Mangystau region is provided free of charge and on a paid basis.
In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the order of the Ministry of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 14, 2024 No. 801/OK, the department provides 5 types of services:
1. issuance of a license for construction and installation works;
2. issuing a license for design activities;
3. issuance of a license for search activities;
4. accreditation of project management organizations in the field of Architecture, Urban Planning and construction;
5. certification of experts performing expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities;

In October-December 2024, employees of the licensing and Certification Department of the Department of State architectural and construction control of Mangystau region conducted explanatory work on the procedure for public services in the field of Architecture, Urban Planning and construction activities for individuals and representatives of legal entities and published on the website of the Department. The total number of people covered is 6.
The number of public services rendered in violation of the established deadlines due to the fault of the state body is 0, there are no complaints.
The number of persons brought to disciplinary responsibility for violation of the requirements of the standard of public services is 0.
The number of disciplinary penalties for which Tis was applied is 0, of which there were no warnings, reprimands and strict reprimands.
The number of public services rendered in the IV quarter of 2023 is 124, and the number of public services rendered in the IV quarter of 2024 is 192. In this regard, the number of state services provided has increased by 68 units. (including construction and installation works, design services and certification of experts).
