Report of the Licensing and Certification Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Mangystau region on the results of the third quarter of 2023

FINAL REPORT FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2023 ON THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION CONTROL OF THE MANGYSTAU REGION

The procedure for the provision of public services is established in the rules for the provision of public services.

Public services The departments of the State Architectural and Construction Control of the Mangystau region are provided on a gratuitous and paid basis.

The Department provides 5 public services according to the register of public services approved by the Order of the Minister of Digital Development of Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 16, 2023 No. 339/NK.

1. Issuance of a license for construction and installation work;
   2. Issuance of a license for project activities;
   3. Issuance of a license for exploration activities;
   4.Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
2. Certification of experts engaged in expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities;

The result of internal quality control of public services, according to the report for the third quarter of 2023:
The number of all services provided is 89, including:
The number of services provided through the e–Government portal is 89.

The number of public services whose deadlines were violated due to the fault of the state body is 0, there were no complaints.

The number of persons brought to disciplinary responsibility for violating the requirements of the standard for the provision of public services is 0.

The number of relevant disciplinary penalties is 0, there were no warnings, reprimands and strict reprimands.

The number of public services rendered in the third quarter of 2022 is 113, the number of public services rendered in the third quarter of 2023 is 89. In this regard, the number of public services decreased by 24 (including construction and installation works, design activities, survey activities and certification of experts).

In order to improve the quality of public services, the work will continue in the future.
