2. Issuance of licenses for project activities;
3. Issuance of licenses for exploration activities;
4. Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
5. Certification of experts for the right to carry out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities ;
