On the invalidation of some resolutions of the Akimat of the Mangystau region
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of the Mangystau region DECIDES:
To recognize as invalid some resolutions of the Akimat of the Mangystau region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The State Institution "Department of Urban Planning and Land Control of the Mangystau region" (Asauov T.T.) should ensure the state registration of this resolution in the judicial authorities, its official publication in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, placement on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Mangystau region.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the Deputy akim of the Mangystau region, N. K. Akkulov.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
