On the approval of the volume of subsidies to increase the productivity and quality of aquaculture (fish farming) products, as well as the development of breeding fish farming for 2023
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2022 No. 180 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in productivity and quality of aquaculture (fish farming) products, as well as the development of breeding fish farming" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 28188), the Akimat of Mangystau region DECIDES:
1. To approve the amount of subsidies to increase the productivity and quality of aquaculture (fish farming) products for 2022 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Fisheries of the Mangystau region" to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Mangystau region.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Mangystau region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
