On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Mangystau Region No. 70 dated April 23, 2020 "On Establishing the amount of Dividends (income) of Joint-Stock Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships Owned by the Regional municipal property"
Akimat of Mangystau region DECIDES:
To make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Akimat of Mangystau Region No. 70 dated April 23, 2020 "On Establishing the amount of Dividends (income) of Joint-Stock Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships in Regional Communal Ownership" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 142324):
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To establish the amount of dividends (income) of joint–stock companies and limited liability partnerships (hereinafter - joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships) with a 100 (one hundred) percent state block of shares (participation in the authorized capital) held in regional communal ownership in the amount of at least
70 (seventy) percent of the amount of net income reflected in the consolidated annual financial statements, and in the absence of a subsidiary (subsidiaries) organization (organizations), in the unconsolidated annual financial statements, and their timely transfer.".
The State Institution "Department of Finance of Mangystau region" to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the Mangystau region Kuttumurat-uly A.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
