About determination of conditions, volume and purpose of issue of state securities by the local Executive body of the Mangistau region
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 15, 2020 No. 285 "About introduction of state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan", resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 20, 2020 № 126 "On measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 № 287 "On further measures to stabilize the economy" akimat of Mangistau oblast DECIDED:
1. Define the following terms, scope and purpose of issue the local Executive body of Mangistau region government securities for circulation on the domestic market:
1) conditions:
year issue of government securities – in 2020;
type of securities – government securities, issued by local Executive bodies of oblasts, cities of Republican significance, the capital, for circulation on the domestic market to Finance construction of housing in the framework of the state and government programs;
2) volume-no more than 4,038,037,000 (four billion thirty-eight million thirty-seven thousand) tenge;
3) the purpose of financing the construction of credit housing in the framework of state and government programs.
2. State institution "Management of Finance of Mangistau region" (Nisanbaeva T. M.) to provide state registration of this resolution in the judiciary, the placement on Internet resource of akimat of the Mangystau region.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the first Deputy akim of the Mangistau region, A. S. kraubayev.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
