In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of the Mangystau region DECIDES:
Recognize the following resolutions of the Akimat of the Mangystau region as invalid: No. 89 dated April 24, 2017 "On approval of the Rules for accepting property in the municipal property of the Mangystau region built at the expense of budgetary funds and its further use" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 3353); No. 58 dated April 9, 2018 "On Amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Mangystau region dated April 24, 2017 No. 89 "On approval of the Rules for the admission of Property to the Communal property of the Mangystau region built at the expense of budgetary funds and its further use "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 3388).
2. The State institution "Department of Finance of the Mangystau region" should ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
