About the meeting of the commission on the formation of applications for the allocation of liquefied petroleum gas in the Mangystau region

On July 13, 2021, a meeting of the commission on the formation of applications for the allocation of liquefied petroleum gas in the Mangystau region was held. The following issues were considered on the agenda of the meeting of the commission:

In connection with the inclusion of a new gas grid organization LLP "LPG Trade" adjustment of the Plan for the supply of liquefied petroleum gas to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the month of August 2021;
Consideration of the issue of a consolidated application for the supply of liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter referred to as the CIS) of the gas grid organizations SK LTD KZ LLP, TanaGasCom LLP, Gazcenter LLP, ADM GAZ LLP, AvtogazTrade LLP, AktauOblGaz LLP, Alau LLP, AS Gas Logistics LLP and LPG Trade LLP for September 2021;

Commission member V. Trifonov did not appear at the commission meeting due to participation in the court session. On March 21, 2021, at a meeting held in Aktau under the chairmanship of Vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. An agreement was concluded with Karagayev's gas grid organizations (a copy of the protocol is attached). According to the schedule for a gradual increase in the share of CIS required for delivery through electronic trading platforms (hereinafter - ETP) in August, the share of CIS will be 55% and 60% in September of this year. Following the meeting, it was decided to send an adjusted consolidated application for the supply of CIS to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the month of August 2021 and consolidated applications for the allocation of CIS for the month of September 2021 to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
