In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 39 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of the Mangystau region DECIDES:
1. To approve the list of particularly important local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in the Mangystau region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Mangystau region" shall ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
