Akimat of Mangystau region decides:
To make the following changes to the resolution of the akimat of Mangistau region No. 189 of August 26, 2019 "on approval of the rules for the distribution of rental housing without the right of purchase in Aktau for citizens in need of housing in Zhanaozen and socially vulnerable segments of the population" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 3980:
the title of the resolution should be redrafted:
"On approval of the rules for the distribution of rental housing without the right of purchase in Aktau to socially vulnerable segments of the population of Zhanaozen";
Paragraph 1 should be redrafted:
"1." in accordance with the annex to this resolution, approve the rules for the distribution of rental housing in Aktau to socially vulnerable segments of the population of Zhanaozen.»;
the rules for the distribution of rental housing in Aktau for citizens in need of housing in Zhanaozen and socially vulnerable segments of the population, approved by this resolution, should be redrawn in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
