In accordance with Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the minister of Industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2021 No. 470 "on approval of the methodology for calculating the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of Drinking Water Supply" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 24170), the Mangystau Regional maslikhat decided:
Approve the rates of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems, which are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in Mangystau region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
This decision comes into force after the date of its first official publication.
