In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08.09.2015 No. 756 "On Amendments and Additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983"On approval of the Register of Public Services" by local executive bodies (regional administrations, departments of city and district akimats, as well as akims of settlements, villages, rural districts) provide 32 types of public services.
Including, the total number of types of public services in the Register of Public Services by the Department of Education of the Mangystau region and the subordinate institution in the register of public services is 19.
During the reporting period, 32 regulations of public services were issued by state agencies.
Control over the quality of public services
The total number of public services rendered is 7069. Of these:
1) The total number of services rendered by the service providers (with the exception of those rendered through the State Corporation) in paper form, in total-6983.
2) Total services rendered by the service providers (with the exception of those rendered through the State Corporation) in paper form, but which could be rendered through the web portal of the "electronic government" and (or) the State Corporation-41.
3) the number of services rendered through the State Corporation, total -45
The number of seminars, round tables, conferences on the quality of public services – 166.
Working with service recipients
The procedure for the provision of public services is defined in the standards of public services.
The standards of public services are posted at the locations of service providers (in government agencies), on Internet resources, in public service centers and in the media.
Draft standards of public services for public discussion are posted on the website of public services е.mangystau.kz , mangystau.edu.kz .
Events (seminars, meetings, round tables, briefings, conferences and other events) were held to raise the awareness of service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services.
In this direction, in order to improve the quality of public services, work continues.
