The regional administration, city and district departments of education, as well as akims of settlements, villages, rural districts provide 37 types of public services in the field of education.
In accordance with the results of internal control over the quality of public services in the 2nd quarter of 2019:
The number of public services rendered is 5068. Of these:
1) by service providers (with the exception of those provided through the State Corporation) in paper form, in total – 1504.
2) by service providers (with the exception of those provided through the State Corporation) in paper form, but which could be provided through the e-government web portal and (or) the State Corporation – 3432.
3) through the State Corporation, a total of -132.
The number of seminars, round tables, conferences on the quality of public services – 169.
The procedure for the provision of public services is defined in the standards of public services.
The standards of public services are posted at the locations of service providers (in government agencies), on Internet resources, in public service centers and in the media.
