On approval of the rules of placement of the state education order for pre-school education and training, secondary education
Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 "Taking into account the needs of the labor market, training of personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary, post-higher education, preparatory departments of higher and (or) post-higher education organizations , as well as in accordance with the resolution "On approving the principles of placement of state educational tasks for pre-school education and training, secondary education", Mangistau region akimat DECIDES: .
Current expenses of a preschool organization for education and training per child within the framework of the state mandatory standard of preschool education and training approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 604 "On the approval of the state mandatory educational standards of all levels of education" paid in the amount of the state education order.
In the case of per capita financing, the amount of services for pre-school education and training of children shall be financed by the orderer of the state education order in the following conditions:
- children who regularly go to preschool without staying;
- for children who have been absent from the pre-school organization for three working days;
- for children who are absent due to the child's illness, treatment and recovery in medical, sanatorium-resort and other organizations (a certificate is provided), one of the parents (the child's legal representative) is given a leave of absence, and the child is recuperated for a period of up to two months during the summer.
In the period of social, natural and man-made emergency situations where children do not go to pre-school organizations as a result of restrictive measures of the relevant state bodies, including quarantine, the state education order for pre-school education and training is financed in the amount and amount determined by the decision of local executive bodies.
