About the approval of the state educational order for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education for the 2020-2021 academic year
In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and July 27, 2007 "On Education", the Akimat of the Mangystau region DECIDES:
Approve:
1) state educational order for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education for the 2020-2021 academic year in accordance with the annex to this resolution;
The State Institution "Department of Education of the Mangystau region" (Seidaliev A.A.) should ensure the state registration of this resolution in the judicial authorities, its official publication in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the mass media, placement on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Mangystau region.
Control over the execution of this resolution should be entrusted to the deputy akim of the Mangystau region K.B. Zhumashev.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
