A briefing was held on the progress and main results of the "Rukhani zhangyru" program

On August 13 of this year, the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan held a briefing on the implementation of the «Rukhani zhangyru» program.

During the event, vice minister of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolat Tlepov spoke about the implementation and main results of the «Rukhani zhangyru» program.

During the event, vice minister of information and public development of Kazakhstan Bolat Tlepov spoke about the status of implementation and main results of programming today stepped up with local authorities and regional design offices on Program management, mentioned the activity of the Kazakhstan Institute for social development, providing analytical and methodological support.

3 main systematic directions of the Program were approved: «Personal development», «National identity and increasing international status», «Development of the state, civil society and local community».

In the first half of 2020, 228 facilities were built under the Program. Of these, 2 schools, 2 kindergartens, 19 cultural facilities, 36 sports grounds, 31 playgrounds, etc.

129 objects were also reconstructed. Of these, 28 schools, 5 kindergartens, 13 cultural facilities,14 sports grounds, 68 houses for low-income families, apartments, 1 medical facility, 5 playgrounds, etc.

In order to introduce a pragmatic way of life into the system of value orientations of Kazakhstanis, which provides for the correct use and distribution of available opportunities, a special project «Unem – kogam kuaty» has been developed within the program. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to implement specific activities aimed at creating high taste among young people, developing behavioral norms and forming a culture of reading.

In addition, the project «Dastur men guryp» will be launched, aimed at reviving a forgotten, but relevant in the modern world tradition in terms of humanistic and educational value.

One of the new projects launched this year – a special project on legal culture. A set of measures will be organized aimed at forming the legal culture of the population for the formation of a competitive nation – one of the main principles of the Program.

In addition, within the framework of the presented special project of the program «Enbek – Eldin muraty», the life and activities of people who have achieved success in their professional sphere will be widely promoted, career guidance work for all ages will be strengthened, thanks to hard work, which will become a role model for the younger generation.

During the briefing, executive director of the public fund «National translation Bureau» Rauan Kenzhehanuly outlined the introduction of 77 textbooks into the educational process of 132 universities in the country, translated into Kazakh over the past three years as part of the project «New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language».
