Vice President for Government Relations and Public Policy for Europe at TikTok Theo Bertram met with the Minister of Information and Social Development Darkhan Kydyrali

During the meeting, Darkhan Kydyrali suggested organizing joint trainings on improving digital literacy and effective use of the TikTok platform.

In addition, the Minister proposed to create and improve interface of the TikTok in the Kazakh language.

Whereas, the representative of the company said that they have been considering the issue of installing the Kazakh language. 
Projects, such as «Bala house», «El birligi» (projects of the companies, which are under the authority of the Ministry) today have good views on the TikTok platform.

Theo Bertram noted that TikTok gives priority to the creation of intellectual, cultural and educational content and is ready to cooperate with Kazakhstan.

In conclusion, Darkhan Kydyrali invited Theo Bertram to upcoming events such as Astana Media Week and Central Asian Media Forum. A TikTok representative expressed his desire to take part in the events.
