Vice Minister D.Kadirov met with members of the Public Council

Today, Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of Kazakhstan Daniyar Kadirov met with members of the Public Council of Almaty.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan «A Fair State. One Nation. A Prosperous society».

Also, the experts discussed the importance of reformatting the activities of public councils, improving the efficiency of public councils in modern conditions.

In order to maximize the involvement of civil society representatives in the Public Council, the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan sent recommendations to public authorities on increasing the number of civil society representatives in the public councils from among the most active civil activists, journalists, bloggers.

Currently, the updated councils begun its work.

In particular, public monitoring remains one of the most popular forms of public control by public councils. Thus, since the beginning of the year, public councils have conducted more than 200 observations on the most problematic issues.

In order to raise public awareness about the activities of public councils, the authority has developed a media plan to cover the activities of the Public Council.
