A visiting meeting of the Journalists Club of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan was held

A visiting meeting of the Republican Club of Journalists of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan was held in the House of Friendship of the city of Kokshetau.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.N. Shoikin, Director of the RSI «Kogamdyk kelisim» G.M. Kusmangali, director of the TV channel "AbaiTV", Chairman of the Journalists Club of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan A. Kenesuly, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC «Qazcontent» D. Ualikhanov, Director of radio «Astana» S. Tanasheva, freelancer, blogger, creator U. Abishev, employees of the press service of the MSI «Kogamdyk kelisim», also members of the Club of Journalists of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Almaty, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Turkestan regions and the cities of Almaty, Shymkent.

The goal of the APK Journalists Club is to unite the efforts of media representatives, bloggers and experts on an advisory and expert platform to strengthen public harmony and unity.

The journalists present at the event gathered to exchange experiences on the issues of covering the activities of the APK, monitoring information resources and social networks of interethnic relations.

In his opening speech, G. Shoikin emphasized the role of the APK Journalists' Club as a platform that will help unite the efforts of the media in preserving interethnic, social harmony and national unity. G. Shoikin informed the meeting participants about the main priorities of state policy in the interethnic sphere, existing achievements and problematic issues, the specifics of information coverage of interethnic relations. The speaker also answered journalists' questions, shared his opinion on the current aspects and mechanisms of the activities of state bodies for the development of interethnic communications, new areas of activity of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, held in the format of discussion and exchange of views, issues of correct presentation and coverage in the media and social networks of issues of interethnic relations, information projects to promote unity and harmony, effective tools for promoting information content in social networks were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, the participants were awarded certificates.
