Vice-Minister of MISD Daniyar Kadirov in his speech noted:
"Today we are not the only ones facing challenges that can have an impact on the preservation of civic identity, national culture, the system of social and individual values. The reforms proposed by the Head of State have become a starting point for the formation of value orientations of the "New Kazakhstan". The society has demonstrated a powerful demand for the need to reset the socio-political system, where new principles of social development should be put at the forefront."
According to the speaker from Finland Elin Vanhemping, the interviews and analysis of the protocols of socio-anthropological observations allow us to state among the Finnish cohort of respondents a slight polarity of value orientations among the older and middle generation on the one hand and youth, including adolescents, on the other hand.
During the conference the participants got acquainted with international experience and discussed the impact of modern challenges on the process of forming value orientations. The recommendations received during the conference will be sent to all interested structures in the future.
