Nukezhanov Yerzhan appointed Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee

By order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nukezhanov Yerzhan Bolatkanovich was appointed Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee.

Nukezhanov Erzhan Bolatkanovich was born in 1981 in the city of Almaty. Graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a diploma of historian, teacher of history. Has a degree of Master of History.

He began his career in 2002 as a lead editor of the Information and Analytical Service of the Republican Television and Radio Corporation of Kazakhstan CJSC. In 2004, he headed the group of calendar products of the information and analytical department of the International Institute of Contemporary Politics. In January 2005, he was appointed leading specialist of the analytical department of the Information Programs Directorate of Khabar Agency JSC.

From June 2005 to March 2007, he worked in the central office of the Public Organization " Nur Otan Republican Political Party". In 2007-2009, appointed to senior positions in the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2009 to June 2016, he worked in the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an expert, consultant, and head of sector for 4 years. In June 2016, he became Deputy Chief of Staff of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since June 15, 2018, he served as Chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
