The state social order in the country will be implemented in a new format

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and «Зубр» Consulting Center have organized seminars for civil servants  aimed at improving the effectiveness of social projects within the framework of the SSO. The seminars were held in an online format with coverage of more than 500 civil servants from all regions of the country. 

The seminars are aimed at improving the competence of government officials in the field of project cooperation with NGOs within the framework of the SSO. The issues of developing technical specifications, monitoring and evaluating projects within the framework of the SSO were considered in particular. 

Within the framework of the seminar, explanations were given regarding the order to amend the Rules for Public Procurement. 

We kindly remind that on June 9, the Ministry of Finance adopted an order to amend the Rules for public procurement, in terms of regulating the tender procedures of the SSO. The adopted norms will contribute to improving the efficiency of the SSO and reducing appeals of competitive procedures and failed tenders.

It is worth noting that similar seminars are held not for the first time. For example, last year more than 500 civil servants improved their professional skills in this area.
