Askar Umarov met with Aktobe journalists

On the second day of the visit to Aktobe, Minister of Information and Social Development Askar Umarov met with local journalists.

Media representatives asked questions about changes in legislation regulating the activities of the media, as well as questions about the status and rights of journalists, the distribution of newspapers and in general asked questions about media.

Answering the questions, the Minister said that he will take some of them under personal control.

During the visit, A.Umarov got acquainted with the technical condition of the “Aktobe” channel.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister awarded a number of journalists with the medal "Akparat salasyn uzdigi" and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry on the eve of the Day of Media Workers.
