The youth of the city of Kunaev. New status – new opportunities

Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Information and Social Development Alexander Danilov has met with the youth of the city of Kunaev in  Almaty region.

During the meeting , A.Danilov spoke about the ongoing work on the transformation of activities in the field of implementation of youth policy, the importance of involving young people in socio-political processes and mechanisms of managerial decision-making at the national and regional levels, especially in the context of the construction of a New Kazakhstan.

Vice Minister informed about the current projects in which young people will be able to participate this year, in particular, about the Zhas Project, the Tauelsizdik Urpaktary grant, the Daryn Award and others.

Participants discussed issues of employment, education, new mechanisms for the work of youth resource centers, regional youth policy councils.

At the end of the meeting, young activists made a number of suggestions and recommendations that will be taken into account when developing new approaches to the implementation of youth policy.

Also, as part of the trip, the Vice Minister visited the youth resource center in the city of Kunayev.
