Ministry of Information and Social Development explained the aspects of access to information to the regions

Meetings of representatives of the Ministry with authorized parties on access to information were held in akimats of Turkestan region and Shymkent city.

During the seminar-meeting representatives of the Ministry gave practical recommendations on the organization of the work of authorized workers at all levels (regional, district, city).

The subject of active discussion was the current problematic issues of the akimats of the Turkestan region and the city of Shymkent on the implementation of the Law. These issues will be raised up at the next meeting of the Commission on Access to Information.

Big attention is paid to the issues of access of the media representatives and other parties to the meetings, timely publication of information on official sources of the agency, and prompt response to public requests.

To solve these issues, akimats will take measures to improve the situation in the field of access to information.

Such meetings are planned to be held by the Ministry in all regions.
