Announcement

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the placement of the developed drafts of advisory documents on regulatory policy on the official Internet resource and on the Internet portal "Open RLAs": 

1. Draft of Regulatory Policy Advisory Document to the draft of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" (available on the Ministry's website by following link: https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/qogam/documents/details/314472 ?lang=ru, on the portal "Open RLAs" by following link: https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14117035 ); 

2. Draft of Regulatory Policy Advisory Document to the draft of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Access to Information and Public Participation" (available on the Ministry's website by following link: https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/qogam/documents/details/314462 ?lang=ru, on the portal "Open RLAs" by following link: https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14117012 ). 

The projects are aimed at increasing the openness and transparency of the activities of information holders and are designed to implement the Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 and the Concept of Public Administration Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030. 

In this regard, the Ministry invites interested parties and organizations to participate in the discussion of these projects on the portal "Open RLAs" by following the above mentioned links.
