Kazakhstan’s youth participated in the Forum of Young Leaders of the Organization of Turkic States

The IV Forum of Young Leaders of the Organization of Turkic States was held in the city of Bukhara of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

At the opening of the forum Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Bagdad Amreyev presented the city of Bukhara with an official certificate of awarding the city the status of "The First Capital of Youth Initiatives of the Turkic World". 

The forum was attended by delegation of Kazakhstan, which included members of the Council for Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, recipients of the grant "Tauelsizdik urpaktary", talented youth in the fields of music, sports, creative industry and IT. 

"The work of the forum was carried out in 4 topical areas: social, scientific, cultural and media projects. At the forum, young leaders from different countries talked about the best projects. One of the best speakers was the head of the «Asar-Ume» Foundation Askhat Nurmashev, and the head of the «Life-News» social project Diana Naumova. Askhat Nurmashev presented the charity foundation "Asar-Ume", in which volunteers with the help of donations build and donate houses to those who are in dire need of housing. This project caused a great response among the youth of the Turkic states and the participating countries of the Forum were interested in creating a joint project. Dinara Naumova spoke about the rehabilitation of young people with musculoskeletal disorders," said Deputy Chairman of the CISC Board Zhasulan Bisembiev. 

At the same time other events dedicated to the Forum were held during these days, such as the opening of the "Youth Park of the Turkic World" and the monument "Bukhara is the capital of the first youth initiatives of the Turkic world". 

It is important to note that the Forum of Young Leaders has traditionally been held since 2018 and is aimed at developing tourism, strengthening cooperation between states and exchanging experience. So far, this forum has been held in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and covered more than 10 thousand young people. The next forum is planned to be taking place in the city of Bursa of the Republic of Turkey.
