The international conference "Diplomacy of Friendship and Kinship based on true Brotherhood" has taken place

The International conference "Shynayy bauyrlastykka negizdelgen dostyk pen tuystyk diplomatiyasy" (Diplomacy of friendship and kinship based on genuine brotherhood") dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan was held in Shymkent on the basis of the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University. 

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan T.Karimov, Deputy Akim of Shymkent Sh.Mukan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.Uisimbayev; representatives of local executive bodies, the public and the creative intelligentsia of the southern region, education field workers. 

The Uzbekistani delegation was represented by the Adviser to the Chairman of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Relations with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers Z.Akhmedov, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan, creative intelligentsia and the media, education workers. 

Opening the conference, Deputy Akim of Shymkent Sh.Mukan announced the work of the region on the development of cooperation between the two countries, spoke about the development of new approaches in the region to interact with Uzbek colleagues. 

Deputy Chairman of the APK T.Karimov expressed confidence that such meetings contribute to the further development of bilateral cooperation and the strengthening of economic and cultural ties between fraternal countries, and also informed foreign guests about the upcoming constitutional reforms in the country. 

The head of the Uzbekistan delegation Z.Akhmedov spoke about the priority areas of work of the state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of development of cooperation between the two countries, work with compatriots abroad. 

In general, during the meeting, the speakers noted the centuries-old history of brotherhood and unity between peoples, as well as fruitful bilateral cooperation in various sectors of the economy, education, humanitarian projects.
