The schedule of meetings of ministers with the population for 2022 has been approved

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov signed a Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which approved the schedule of meetings of heads of central executive bodies with the population for 2022.

Earlier Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed members of the Government to hold reporting meetings with visits to the regions, inform Kazakhstan citizens about the reforms being carried out in the country, strengthen the responsibility and accountability of executive bodies to the residents of the country, widely involve the people in the process of public administration.

During these meetings, the ministers will personally receive citizens in the supervised areas. First of all, it is expected to consider problematic issues that have not been resolved at the local level and require interdepartmental approaches.

The main innovation is that at least 75% of the time will be held in the "question–answer" format.

The ministers will report to the Government on the results of the meetings and the decisions taken on the problematic issues of the population.

More information about the schedule of meetings of heads of central government agencies will be available at the link.
