An analytical discourse "The role of youth in building a New Kazakhstan" was held as part of the discussion of the President's Address

On March 30, 2022, an analytical discourse was held to discuss the Address of the Head of State K.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "New Kazakhstan: the Path of renewal and Modernization" with the participation of heads of republican youth organizations, regional Youth resource centers, experts and representatives of the Youth Research Center on the topic "The role of youth in building a New Kazakhstan".

Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sh.Baymanov, opening the meeting, noted the importance of effective implementation of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the March Address of the President to the People of Kazakhstan, within which it was instructed to develop specific measures to address systemic issues in the field of information, human rights, etc.

During the meeting, the director of the Research Center "Youth" A.Iskakov in his speech spoke about the need to expand the participation of young people in all spheres of society.

"The Address was filled with very significant political reforms. Young people who live in this country, it is they who build a new Kazakhstan with their deeds and decisions," said I.Rystina, Head of the Department of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President.

The expert of the KISD "Rukhani Zhangyru" A.Sakoshev, focused on the issue of revising the role of maslikhats in the regions in solving topical issues of youth policy.

In turn, the deputy director of the Institute of Public Policy of the “AMANAT” party, D.Sadvakasova, noted that the Address became a trigger for the active involvement of young people in the political process, since the construction of a New Kazakhstan should fall primarily on the shoulders of young people.

Following the discussion, representatives of youth organizations proposed holding expert platforms at the regional level.
