By order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Berik Uali was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Board of JSC «Agency «Khabar»

Berik Uali graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema named after T.Zhurgenov with a degree in Film Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Journalism, Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University with a degree in law.

He began his career in 1997 as a journalist at the «Khabar» Agency» JSC, held the positions of editor of information programs at the «Khabar Agency» JSC, «TAN» TV Company, «NTK TV» channel, «31 Channel» LLP, head of the media center for combating corruption at «Nur Media» LLP.

He worked as Deputy head of the Akim's office – head of the press service of the Akim's office, head of the Department of Internal Policy and Religious Affairs of the Akimat of South Kazakhstan region, adviser to the First Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan Party, adviser to the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Information Support Department, head of the Internal Policy Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl region. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the Press Secretary of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Laureate of the State Youth Award «Daryn». He was awarded four medals, the Order of «Kurmet».
