The first 10-day TV marathon in the history of domestic television has ended on the Khabar channel

More than 600 people received charitable assistance as part of the «Zhana Kun – Zhana Kazakhstan» TV marathon on the «Khabar» channel.

The unique project of the Agency «Khabar» started on March 14. Over the course of ten days, festive concerts, documentaries, TV series and special editions of programs were presented to viewers. Every day of the TV marathon was marked by an important event and a good deed.

- It seemed that it would be difficult to work with artists, but it turned out to be the most difficult to work with philanthropists. Simply because it is customary for us to do good quietly. One of the tasks of this marathon is to show that there are a lot of kind people in Kazakhstan, kind people are ready to help and the most important thing is just to say "guys, I need help." Everyone has difficult life situations," said head of the program production department of the «Khabar» TV channel Madina Berkutbaeva,.

During these days about 1000 guests visited the studio of the TV channel, the length of the TV marathon was 2400 minutes, 40 hours of live broadcast. Thanks to the partners and sponsors of the TV channel, assistance was provided to the Nursing Home, children from the orphanage, the National Cancer Center, certificates for free university education were awarded, communal services workers were fed lunches, televisions and many other gifts were played. But the main event was the presentation of the keys to their own apartments to three large families.

- All these 10 days we have been working in a "non-stop" mode. We worked out 4 hours of live broadcast every day. As part of the charity, we helped three families in need of housing to get the keys to the apartment. This was the main goal of the marathon – to do good deeds during the celebration of Nauryz, - Chief editor of the «Khabar» TV channel Aidos Turysbek.
