Experts discussed issues of ensuring religious stability in the country

Today, in an online format, the Committee for Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan organized a scientific seminar on "Strategies and initiatives of Kazakhstan in ensuring religious security".

A comprehensive discussion by the expert community of the designated issues in the field of religion was held with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan – Marat Azilkhanov, also the leadership of the Committee on Religious Affairs.

There was a productive exchange of experience, initiatives and proposals on issues of ensuring religious security in Kazakhstan, including taking into account the current situation in the world.

The range of national interests and strategic priorities of the country is outlined, international experience is analyzed.

The experts discussed the development of new approaches and specific mechanisms for improving efficiency, and also agreed on cooperation between experts and interested government agencies in this area.
