Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the Forum on Equal Opportunities in the Labor Market for women and men

On March 4, 2022, the «Bolashaq Women's Empowerment Forum» was held in the capital a discussion platform for the exchange of experience, obtaining information, discussing topical issues and problems of economic, social, cultural and other spheres in women's lives. Within the framework of the platform, more than 200 listeners from among the graduates of the Bolashak program, members of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, activists, women and girls from all over the country attended online. The forum was organized by the Bolashak Alumni Association, M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University and KAZGUU Business School.

Within the framework of the Forum, issues of equal opportunities in the labor market for women and men, wages, global trends and gender balance were discussed. In the format of the discussion, the issue of using the potential of women in our country equally was raised.

As a result of the Forum, the moderator of the event, Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexander Danilov emphasized the importance of promoting women's leadership and using the potential of women in the country: "The state policy in this direction is proactive, but we plan to make even more efforts to achieve the goals of creating equal conditions for women.

Today we have raised extremely important questions, but for efficiency we need to develop concrete answers to them. Answers that will go into public policy".
