Meeting with staff of Shymkent Youth Resource Centers

Today, on the basis of the Karatau district Youth Resource Center in Shymkent, Chairman of the Committee for Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shakhmardan Baymanov met with employees of youth resource centers, representatives of the committees for youth affairs of colleges, students and working youth.

The main purpose of the meeting was to inform about programs and projects related to youth in Kazakhstan and plans for the future. In particular, the project "Zhas project" is being implemented, the participation of young people in the grant "Generations of Independence" and etc.

In addition, he informed about the implementation of a set of measures to work with NEET youth and socially vulnerable youth (creation of a regional database for registration of the NEET category, targeted work to involve young people in productive employment, socialization).

In addition, they exchanged views on the development of new ways to improve the activities of all 227 youth resource centers in the country.

Today, during his visit to Shymkent, Shakhmardan Baymanov also met with the youth of the Bazar Kappa residential area of the Karatob microdistrict of the Enbekshi district and the "Aina Bazar" working youth, discussed a number of issues of concern to them and provided information about state programs.

During this visit, it is planned to work with interested state bodies to address all the issues and recommendations raised by the youth.
