Experts discussed new approaches in youth policy

Today, on the basis of the scientific research center "Youth", an expert discussion was held in the new format "Lightning Talks". The discussion was attended by Vice Minister of Information and Social Development Alexander Danilov and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs Kairat Baymuldinov. Among the invited speakers were Advisor to the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanara Tulindinova, , Head of the project office of the Central Asian Cooperation Center "IDEA" Evgeny Ribalko, founder of GPS & Smart Construction Olzhas Suleimenov, expert of the Institute of World Economy and Politics Dinara Abuova, Associate Professor of the Department of the Faculty of International Relations of the L. N. Gumilyov ENU Aliya Kusainova, political scientists Syrym Itkulov and Aman Mambetaliev, as well as leading analysts of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development "Rukhani Zhangyru".

Experts discussed the issues of building a new Kazakhstan  in the format of an exchange of opinions on approaches to changes in the youth sphere. The purpose of the meeting was to expand the dialogue with young people and involve them in government decision-making processes, as well as to develop proposals for new approaches to the implementation of youth policy.

The Lightning Talks format is a series of short blitz speeches on discussion platforms lasting no more than five minutes. This approach allows speakers to clearly and quickly express their opinions and listen to all participants of the meeting. Expert meetings in this format will be held on an ongoing basis.
