In honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence, a number of Kazakhstanis were awarded with "Halyk Algysy" medal As you know, at the initiative of the Head of State, K.Tokayev a special medal "Halyk algysy" was awarded in 2020. The medal is awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who work fruitfully in the fields of education, health, social protection, as well as those who have contributed to the fight against the pandemic. In this regard, on the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence and in order to encourage for a significant contribution to the development of the motherland, this year about 2 thousand citizens were awarded the medal "Halyk Algysy". It is worth noting that thanks to the last Year of the Volunteer, the number of participants in the field of volunteering has tripled in the country. Charity has increased rapidly. This time, priority was given to those who distinguished themselves by social activity, especially in the field of charity and volunteering. An example of such good deeds is Mikhail Fedorov, a resident of the village of Novo-Ulbinka in the East Kazakhstan region, who has been growing forest for years, caring for three hectares of greenery at the age of 93. The villagers nicknamed their neighbor "the keeper of the forest". As another exemplary case, we can mention the merit of volunteer Kurmet Bolatkhan, who appealed to Kazakhstanis to fight the drought, mowed grass all summer and sent it to the regions where there was a mass death of livestock. Along with private initiatives, the activity of small and medium-sized businesses in charity increases from year to year. Thus, the patronage activities of such entrepreneurs as Askhat Soltanov, Vasily Palayev, Kasymkhan Sharipov, Aliya Tusupbekova and Nariman Shakabayev serve as an example of charity. They not only contribute to the growth of the economy, but also carry out systematic work to improve the welfare of the country. In addition to examples of volunteering and charity, this time the merits of representatives of health, education and other professions important for people's lives, who are still at the forefront in the fight against the pandemic, were not left aside. On the eve of the State holiday, all of them were awarded the medal "Halyk Algysy". Recall that in 2020, about 5 thousand citizens were awarded with "Halyk Algysy" medal including doctors, volunteers, patrons, teachers, police officers, emergency workers, journalists, etc. |
