Meeting with the head of the Cinematography Agency of Uzbekistan

Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva held a meeting with Director General of the Cinematography Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan Firdavs Abdukhalikov.

The Minister spoke about the ongoing work to ensure the production of television series, documentaries and the development of the production industry.

Firdavs Abdukhalikov, for his part, informed the Minister about the state and prospects of the cinematography sphere in Uzbekistan.

The parties discussed the issues of exchanging film products for showing on the TV channels of the two countries, creating joint television projects.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in developing further cooperation between the two countries in the field of cinematography and television production.
