Vice Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed

With Resolution by Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Daryn Shuyakov has been appointed Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Daryn Shuyakov graduated from Leningrad Military-Political Y.Andropov Academy of Air Defense majoring in “Military-Political Air Defense”, and also from Kazakh National Al Farabi University and International Business Academy with qualifications: Legal Theorist, Master of Business Administration.

He started his career in 1990 as Deputy Commander of the separate radiolocation squadron of the Air Defense Radio-Technical Troops.

Thereafter, he worked in Ministry of Defense, Minister of Justice, in Almaty business entities, and in KazakhTelecom JSC.

Before the present appointment, he occupied the position of Chief Director — Chief of Staff in KazakhTelecom JSC.
